# Marketing

> Coming soon. Marketing drafts campaign briefs, launch posts, emails, and social posts, and finds your assets, with every send and publish behind Approve.

Status: Coming soon

> [!SOON]
> Marketing is Coming soon. This page describes what it will do when it opens, so you can plan ahead. Today the [Coder](/docs/personas/coder) is the one available persona.

Marketing is the assistant that gets the word out. It turns a rough idea into a campaign brief, writes the launch copy, drafts the emails and posts, finds the logo or deck you need, and puts the launch on the calendar.

## What it will do

- Turn a campaign idea into a one-page brief.
- Draft launch posts, announcement emails, and social posts.
- Write customer-facing release notes from what shipped.
- Check copy against your naming and wording rules before it goes out.
- Find existing assets in your files.
- Research keywords, rankings, and competitors' top pages in Ahrefs for SEO briefs.
- Put launches and review meetings on the calendar.

## Skills

| Skill | What it will do, in plain words |
| --- | --- |
| Launch post | The first win. Drafts a launch post or waitlist announcement email and holds it as a draft until you approve. |
| Campaign brief | Turns a rough idea into a one-page brief: goal, audience, message, channels, timeline, and success measure. |
| Draft a campaign email | Writes the subject, preview line, body, and call to action as an email draft. |
| Social post draft | Writes short posts for a launch, a feature, or an announcement. Drafts only: nothing is posted. |
| Changelog | Turns shipped work into a customer-facing "what's new" entry. |
| Waitlist copy check | Checks waitlist, landing page, ad, or email copy against your naming, wording, claim, and consent rules. |
| Competitor scan note | Writes a short internal comparison using only sources you provide. |
| Find assets | Finds logos, decks, banners, copy docs, and brand guides in your files. |
| Schedule a launch | Puts a launch, send window, or review meeting on your calendar. |
| Keyword research | Finds what people search for around a topic in Ahrefs and picks the best term to target. |

More skills arrive from StellarFirm's skill library without an app update, such as positioning, messaging, an ideal customer profile, SEO briefs and keyword gaps, landing page copy, nurture email sequences, A/B test plans, and campaign results readouts. The skills above stay available even when the library cannot be reached.

## Prompts for when it opens

```prompt title="Plan a campaign"
Marketing, we are launching [product or feature] to [audience]. Write a one-page campaign brief with the goal, the message, the channels, a timeline, and how we will measure success.
```

```prompt title="Draft a launch post"
Marketing, draft a launch post for [feature]. Keep it under [number] words, lead with what it does for [audience], and hold it as a draft for my approval.
```

```prompt title="Write an announcement email"
Marketing, draft an announcement email to [list or segment] about [news]. Give me the subject, the preview line, the body, and a clear call to action. Do not send it.
```

```prompt title="Draft social posts"
Marketing, write three short social posts about [news] for [channel]. Vary the angle, and do not post anything.
```

```prompt title="Write a changelog entry"
Marketing, turn these shipped changes into a customer-facing changelog entry: [list of changes]. Explain the benefit, not the code.
```

```prompt title="Check copy before it goes out"
Marketing, check this copy against our naming and wording rules and flag any claim we cannot back up: [paste copy].
```

```prompt title="Find an asset"
Marketing, find the latest [logo, deck, or brand guide] in our files and tell me where it lives.
```

```prompt title="Schedule the launch"
Marketing, put the launch of [feature] on the calendar for [date], with a review meeting two days before. Show me the events before you create them.
```

## What it never does

> [!IMPORTANT]
> Marketing drafts. Sending an email, publishing a post, and creating a calendar event all wait for your Approve. Nothing reaches your audience until you say so.

It writes only from facts you give it or files it can read, and it does not invent claims about your product.
